2024 Wurth 400 Top Favorites
Kyle Larson is the main favorite to win the 2024 Wurth 400 even though he’s never won the race at Dover Motor Speedway. He’s also without a single win in the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series since March 3 when he won his first and so far, only race of the season.
However, the Hendrick Motorsports star has been pretty decent in almost every race of the 2024 campaign, which is why he’s still at the top of the NASCAR Drivers’ Championship standings.
Second on that list is Martin Truex Jr., who’s also second on the list of the 2024 Wurth 400 favorites. This guy is the defending champ in this event, which is why backing him wouldn’t seem like a bad decision. If he wins on April 28, it’s going to be his first win of the 2024 season.
Brad Keselowski and Other Sleepers to Watch Out For
Brad Keselowski’s odds are +2000, which seems long especially given that this guy’s been in great shape lately. After a slow start to the season, he finished second in the last two races. He also seems to love this event, the evidence being that he finished in the top 10 in two of the last four races in Dover.
Another major underdog who might upset the odds on April 28 is Ricky Stenhouse Jr. The No. 1 reason we think this is that he’s coming off a pretty good performance in Talladega last weekend when he finished fourth. Further, he’s got some nice memories from Dover Motor Speedway, which is the place where he finished second two years ago.
2024 Wurth 400 Prediction
Who’s going to win the 2024 Wurth 400? We think it’s going to be Martin Truex Jr. This guy is really overdue a win. The last time he won a race was last summer. But he’s been pretty good in most races of the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series, which is why we think he stands a very good chance of winning on April 28.
