2025 Rockingham Xfinity Series Odds, Time, and Prediction
After 13 years, Rockingham Speedway is back in NASCAR. On Saturday, April 19, that’s where the 2025 North Carolina Education Lottery 250 of the Xfinity Series will take place

The 2025 North Carolina Education Lottery 250 is a race of the NASCAR Xfinity Series, which will take place at Rockingham this coming Saturday.
No major Cup Series stars are expected to “Buschwhack” their way into this race, including Kyle Larson, who won last weekend’s Xfinity Series event.
What this practically means is that we’re going to see a real war between drivers competing for a high spot in the Xfinity Series Drivers’ Championship standings – Justin Allgaier, Sam Mayer, Brandon Jones, and others.

Justin Allgaier Expected to Continue to Impress
Justin Allgaier is arguably the best driver in the 2025 NASCAR Xfinity Series. He’s sitting at the top of the Drivers’ Championship standings with 395 points, which is 83 points more than the second-placed driver (Sam Mayer).

This guy’s won two races so far, with another four podium finishes. His worst finish was the No. 29 position in the third race of the 2025 season. This happened on the first day of March at the Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas, where he suffered a series of setbacks.
His Chevy got damaged in Stage 2 after contact with several cars, which forced him to put under green for repairs. He also had a flat tire in that race, as well as got a penalty for a restart violation.
But since then, he’s been brilliant, finishing in the Top 3 in each of the following five races. Our prediction is that he’ll finish on the podium on April 19 as well.
Other Xfinity Series Drivers to Watch Out for at Rockingham
Sam Mayer is the only man who can challenge Justin Allgaier for the No.1 spot in the Xfinity Standings in the next few weeks. But for that, he needs to up his game ASAP.
The problem is that this guy hasn’t been great lately, with two finishes outside the Top 10 in the last two races. He’s still without a win in 2025 Xfinity Series, with his best finish being the No. 2 place at Homestead-Miami a month ago.
Mayer is not in good shape, but no one can argue that he’s not a hell of a driver. One driver who possesses excellent skills and is in good form is Brandon Jones. He’s 7th in the standings, but a win on April 19 could propel him a couple of places higher.
2025 Rockingham Xfinity Series Prediction
Justin Allgaier is the finest driver in the 2025 Xfinity Series in our opinion. He’s won two races so far and we think it’s time for the third. With Kyle Larson deciding to skip the Rockingham race to focus on the 2025 Talladega Cup Series race, we think this is going to be Allgaier’s show.
Pick: Justin Allgaier
