Are Baltimore Ravens Ready for Their First Win in 2024 NFL?
Without any exaggeration, the Baltimore Ravens are one of the best teams in the NFL. Last season, they won the Divisional Playoffs and lost the AFC Championship to the Super Bowl winners, the Kansas City Chiefs. Their quarterback Lamar Jackson was the MVP of the regular season.
He’s still on the roster and so are most of Baltimore’s key men from the previous season. Plus, in 2024, the Ravens have legendary Derrick Henry as a running back. Knowing all this, you’d think that they’re going to demolish almost every opponent this season. However, they started their campaign with two losses.
In Week 1, they lost 27:20 to the Chiefs on the road, which was sort of expected. However, in Week 2, they suffered a shocking 26:23 loss to the Las Vegas Raiders. What’s really shocking is that they had a 10-point advantage at one point in the fourth quarter.
Dallas Cowboys Licking Their Wounds After Week 2 Loss
The Dallas Cowboys started the 2024 NFL with a 33:17 win over the Cleveland Browns on the road. They put on a fantastic performance in that game, which is why everyone thought they were going to do well in Week 2 against the New Orleans Saints. The game was played on their turf, but the visitors shocked the world by beating them 44:19.
Dak Prescott went 27-for-39 for 293 and one touchdown. However, he was sloppy on several occasions, which cost him two interceptions. His teammates didn’t do much better either, with Dallas’ running backs gaining just 190 yards in total and no TDs.
Their defense, however, was what really cost Dallas. They conceded 44 points, which is their second-worst performance in over a year.
Baltimore Ravens vs. Dallas Cowboys Prediction
The Ravens really need to up their game ASAP. Beating the Cowboys in Dallas isn’t an easy task, but it’s now or never for the boys from Baltimore. They haven’t done it since 2008, but we think they’re going to do it on Sunday.
