BoyleSports Welcomes Michail Koutsoukos as Head of Customer Engagement
Koutsoukos has previously worked for Kindred Group and Kaizen Gaming

Irish gambling company BoyleSports has reinforced its leadership team with the addition of an industry veteran as its new head of customer engagement. The one up to the task is Michail Koutsoukos, an individual with years of experience in leadership positions within the gaming sector.
Koutsoukos announced that he will be joining BoyleSports on his LinkedIn account, expressing his excitement for continuing his “gaming journey.”

Koutsoukos will serve the company from its office in Gibraltar and will help it cement its position as a gambling powerhouse.
As mentioned, Koutsoukos boasts years of experience in gambling and has served two of the biggest gambling companies in Europe. This includes Kindred Group, which he joined in January 2017 as head of customer communications. Koutsoukos was eventually named as the company’s head of customer campaigns and later head of customer strategy.
Koutsoukos served Kindred from its office in London a acquired valuable iGaming-related skills.
Following his four-year tenure at Kindred Group, Koutsoukos joined the Greek gambling powerhouse Kaizen Gaming, first serving as its head of lifecycles and later as director of CRM.
The new appointee’s prior experiences also include two years as a self-appointed consultant, as well as almost 13 years at De Agostini Editore, an Italian publishing group.
2023 Was a Productive Year for BoyleSports
Speaking of BoyleSports, in September 2023, the company penned an advertising compliance deal with Rightlander, a provider of marketing compliance services and tools.
Under the deal, Rightlander agreed to power BoyleSports with cutting-edge monitoring technology that will ensure the compliance of BoyleSports’ digital advertising content with the established regulatory framework.
Earlier that same month, BoyleSports also extended its existing partnership with 20SHOTS, a company that specializes in the provision of free-to-play games designed to lead to better engagement with players.
