Catena Media Names Jamie-Grace Farrugia VP HR, Parts Ways with Fiona Ewins Brown
Affiliate giant Catena Media described the corporate changes as an “exciting new beginning” and a “grateful farewell”

Casino and betting affiliate specialist Catena Media announced that it will be parting ways with Fiona Ewins Brown who has served as its chief human resources officer for almost a decade. In the meantime, the company will appoint Jamie-Grace Farrugia as its new vice president of human resources.
Brown, according to Catena Media, will depart the company at the end of June. While the affiliate did not provide an official reason for her departure, it praised her significant contributions to the business.
Catena Media described Brown’s departure as a “grateful farewell,” lauding her leadership as a “cornerstone for the company” and “instrumental in the shaping of Catena Media’s company culture.” Brown served Catena Media for a solid 9 years and played a key role in driving success.

In the meantime, Catena Media welcomed Farrugia as its new vice president of human resources, calling the appointment an “exciting new beginning.” According to the casino and betting affiliate, the appointee has served the company for over five years and has exhibited exceptional qualities.

Catena Media’s Corporate Reshuffle Continues
Brown’s departure and Farrugia’s appointment come two weeks after the addition of Jasleen Kals as vice president of product. Catena Media described Kals’ appointment as an important part of the company’s plan toward transitioning to a product-first operating model.
A proven customer-oriented product leader, the hire was praised for her effective growth strategies and impressive track record.
The latest appointments come amid ongoing management restructuring that saw Catena Media’s Q1 results decline. The changes also included new board appointments and the departure of Michael Daly, Catena Media’s former chief executive officer.
In the meantime, Pierre Cadena was appointed as interim CEO.
