DAZN Group, the world’s daily destination for sports fans, has enhanced its leadership with a new addition to its C-suite. According to the announcement, the experienced Brice Daumin will join DAZN’s team as chief executive officer of its French and Swiss operations.
In his new position, the appointee will be responsible for overseeing DAZN’s growth in France. To that end, he will leverage his 25+ years of experience in the French media sector. Previously, he worked for Canal+, the premier French audiovisual media group, spending six years with the channel and then another 10 with Cannal+ Suisse.
Prior to that, Daumin worked as customer services deputy director at Club-Internet / T-Online France. His earlier experiences include a managerial position at Vertone and a four-year stint with CESIA.
In his new position, Daumin will report directly to Alice Mascia, DAZN’s group marketing officer and CEO of DACH.
With this new appointment, DAZN reaffirmed its commitment to France, promising local sports fans the best selection of combat sports and soccer content.

Daumin commented on his new position, saying that joining DAZN France was a no-brainer. He praised the company for its cutting-edge offer in multiple other European markets, such as Belgium, Germany, Italy, Portugal and Spain.

Shay Segev, DAZN’s chief executive officer, also commented on the matter, welcoming Daumin to the DAZN family. He pointed out that DAZN expanded into France only recently but is ambitious to grow in this key market.
According to Segev, Daumin’s experience will be integral to the streaming platform’s growth in France.
