Dmitry Belianin Starts Angel Investment Company
The seasoned executive confirmed that the company, named after himself, will seek to disrupt the iGaming industry and invest in technology, marketing and affiliation

The experienced marketing strategist and leader within the betting vertical with nearly two decades of experience in the sector, Dmitry Belianin, announced the foundation of an angel investment company. News regarding the former PMI executive emerged Monday via his personal LinkedIn page. Belianin confirmed that his angel investment company is named after him, Belianin, and will seek to disrupt the iGaming vertical.
Sharing further details regarding his angel investment company, the experienced betting and gaming executive said that it will focus on investments and development of businesses related to affiliation and marketing. An important ongoing focus for Belianin’s company will be the investments in technology, a vertical that remains an important part of the growing gambling industry.
Describing the angel investment company, the expert said that it isn’t just a fund. “It’s me investing in and being hands-on to guide a carefully selected mix of high-potential projects… hence the name,” added Belianin.
“My main focus is investing in and building businesses in marketing, affiliation, and, most importantly – technology. Our industry is so far from being disruptive… and I want to help change that,“

The Investment Company Will Help Develop the Next Generation of iGaming Leaders
Speaking about the global gambling industry, Belianin acknowledged that there are significant opportunities in the sector. He added that his mission will also involve not only investments in technology and marketing but the development of the “next generation of leaders and projects in iGaming.”
Belianin revealed that it is exciting to be a part of such an innovative process, adding that the spirit of the angel investment company is in line with his personality which stands out with innovation, disruption and rebellion. Finally, he vowed to disclose further details regarding the projects that will be built or invested in soon.
Before confirming the foundation of his angel investment company, Belianin was a part of PMI for nearly five years. During that time, he held important senior-level roles such as chief marketing officer for the African region. In November 2019, his responsibilities expanded with the addition of Asian and Latin American markets. Then, between May 2022 until his departure in November 2023, he held the role of chief commercial officer, overseeing PMI’s Asia, Africa and Latin American operations.
