DraftKings & Everi Appear on Energage’s Top Workplaces List

DraftKings and Everi, among other gaming companies, have appeared on Energage’s Top Workplaces USA 2024 list, highlighting the companies’ commitment to ensuring the well-being of their employees.

The Top Workplaces award celebrates companies that prioritize people-centered culture and give their employees a voice. The list is based entirely on employee feedback.

Everi, a Las Vegas-based gambling machine manufacturer and solutions developer, was the only gaming company on Energage’s ranking of companies with 1,000-2,499 employees. The company took the 94th spot, marking the third consecutive year it has made it to the list.

According to employees, Everi boasts a culture of inclusivity, collaboration and support, allowing every person to willingly do any job.

Also, if issues arise, no one is blamed, instead the focus is on fixing the issue and finding solutions to avoid the issue in the future.

DraftKings, meanwhile, placed 34th in the 2,500+ employees category. The American gambling giant is the highest-ranking gambling company on the list, thanks to the employee-centered culture it fosters.

Boasting over 3,100 employees, DraftKings is on a mission to shape the future of sports betting and iGaming. To that end, the company continues to revolutionize the sector with new products and exciting customer experiences.

This year marks the second time DraftKings has appeared on the Top Workplaces USA list.

Other Gaming Companies Also Made It

Other gaming companies also appeared on the list, including Hard Rock Hotel & Casino AC, which took the 38th spot in the 2,500+ employees category. Sycuan Casino Resort, a tribal property in El Cajon, California, took the 44th spot.

In the meantime. Rives Casino in Des Plaines, Ill, a property operated by Rush Street, was among the additional winners.

For reference, the 2,500+ employees category was topped by Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation. Plante Moran took the second spot on the list and was followed by Aya Healthcare in third place.

The 1,000-2,499 category, on the other hand, was headed by Susquehanna International Group (SIG), Bell Bank and LJA Engineering.
