DraftKings Goes Ahead with Dynasty Rewards Loyalty Program

America’s leading sports betting and gaming platform, DraftKings, has launched its official loyalty program, Dynasty Rewards after the company announced the initiative earlier this year.

Luxury Goods and Premier Experience Define New Loyalty Program

The loyalty program applies to player accounts across both the DraftKings and Golden Nugget Online Casino platforms.

It allows registrants to access the 2025 Elite Rewards Gifts and Experience Catalog, offering luxury goods, gifts, and premier experiences beyond the traditional loyalty program.

The program allows players to access various Crowns and Tier credits for every dollar they spend on either platform.

Moving on, the Crowns can then be redeemed for DK Dollars, which can be spent at the Dynasty Store, creating a centralized ecosystem and a journey for customers to explore and access even more rewards.

Commenting on the newly-launched program, DraftKings VP of loyalty and experiences Chika Chandrashekar has welcomed the opportunity to introduce Dynasty Rewards to a wider audience and deliver tailor-made experiences to players.

Chandrashekar has emphasized the importance of providing tailor-made and best-in-class experiences to players through the loyalty solution and bringing them the most rewarding over-time benefits – the sort they cannot get anywhere else.

Building Beyond Loyalty, DraftKings Makes Important Acquisitions

The program has much to offer, including hospitality experiences, promotions, gifts, and travel offers.

DraftKings has been meticulously expanding its offer over the past months with the company launching its player-versus-player Electric Poker experience in Pennsylvania earlier this month. Similarly, the company finalized the acquisition of Mustard Golf.

The company focuses on offering in-house golf pricing software that allows sportsbooks to calibrate and adjust their bets.

The company and its proprietary technology prove invaluable at a time when DraftKings is looking to secure wider swathes of the sports betting market and has focused on individual sports, such as golf.

The company similarly secured Shaquille O’Neal as its newest brand ambassador just last week.
