Fans Are Disgruntled with the MrBeast Experience at Resorts World
Guests were not pleased with the MrBeast experience at Resort Worlds and complained of the low-quality gifts and the fact that the YouTube star did not show up

Dozens of fans were furious with what they perceived as a lackluster MrBeast experience, which the YouTube star and Resorts World had promised them to be something special instead.
Fans Are Displeased with MrBeast Experience
Back in January of this year, Resorts World announced a collaboration with popular YouTube star MrBeast, a.k.a. James Donaldson. The collaboration, which was held over the weekend from April 13 to April 15, included a $1000 three-day experience at the Las Vegas venue. Patrons were treated to various themed experiences that featured lodging and on-site activations at select restaurants on the property.
However, it seems that not everything at the resort went as well as MrBeast and Resorts World expected, as many fans complained about the lackluster experience and the lack of the main star himself. When Resorts World announced the MrBeast experience back in January, fans were promised exclusive gifts and themed merchandise. Instead, they received a box of chocolates and a bag of low-quality MrBeast merchandise delivered to their hotel rooms.
In addition, one lucky patron was supposed to receive a $10,000 gift voucher, but it’s not clear if this ever happened. Finally, many fans were expecting to see MrBeast himself at the event and were displeased when he did not show up for a meet-and-greet. However, it should be noted that when Resorts World advertised the collaboration, it was stated that the YouTuber would not be present at the event. Despite that, many guests were angry that the star was not there.
Resorts World and MrBeast React
It could be argued that Resorts World’s reaction did not help in the situation. On the final day of the so-called experience, a group of at least 30 angry fans gathered in the lobby to demand refunds. Resorts World CEO Alex Dixon reportedly appeared, bringing donuts and apologies—but no refunds. Instead, he offered $50 in food and beverage credits. In addition, both the venue and MrBeast wiped all mentions of it from their social media accounts and websites.
The fans’ reaction eventually prompted Resorts World to refund the disgruntled attendees. In addition, MrBeast wrote on X on Tuesday evening that this was definitely not the experience he had hoped fans would receive. He also said that his team is working on a solution and invited everyone who is affected to come and visit his actual studio.
Interestingly, this is not the first time a Las Vegas event linked to MrBeast has blundered. In August of last year, the YouTuber was accused of mistreating contestants during the filming of his “Beast Games” reality competition series for Amazon Prime. A large portion of that show was filmed at the Allegiant Stadium.
