Green Jade to Become Green Jade Group Following GameCo Merger

GameCo, a developer pioneering a revolutionary new category of regulated gaming products and experiences has agreed on a merger with Green Jade Games, a Malta-based studio that “celebrates brilliance.”
GameCo to Merge with Green Jade Games
Green Jade Games and GameCo announced a merger that will result in the creation of an entirely new company. The new firm will be called Green Jade Group and will combine the best the two developers have to offer.
As a singular entity, GameCo and Green Jade will double down on the production of best-in-class casino titles. These will include premium slots, exciting table games, thrilling crash games and engaging arcade titles. Green Jade Group will prioritize content-centered experiences before anything else and will seek to produce titles that boost player loyalty.
The merger will see the companies combine five internal game production teams. The emerging company will use its own remote gaming server and five aggregator integrations to provide over 600 casinos across the world with slots, other iGaming titles and player engagement tools.
GameCo and Green Jade hope that the merger will make them stronger and will provide them with more opportunities to grow. Furthermore, they hope to be able to meet the growing demand for iGaming content in Europe and NA.
The Two Companies Are a Strategic Fit
Jesper Kärrbrink, who will serve as the chief executive officer of Green Jade Group, said that his team had been eyeing a merger with GameCo for a while. He noted that Green Jade had been closely following the company and its achievements. As a result, Kärrbrink is extra sure that the merger will result in an unstoppable company with strong momentum.
Meanwhile, Robert Montgomery, GameCo’s current chair, will also serve as the new entity’s chair. He noted that Green Jade and GameCo are a great strategic fit. According to Montgomery, both developers have a clear and innovative vision of what iGaming can be and are known as producers of great games.

Montgomery concluded that the merger will open a new chapter for GameCo.
It should be also mentioned that Benedict McDonagh, Green Jade Games’ founder and chief executive officer, will retain its focus on the new entity’s business in Europe as a chief operating officer.
In August, Green Jade Games launched Tap Tap Splat, a skill-based iGaming title.
