Houston Texans vs. Dallas Cowboys Week 11 Odds, Time, and Prediction
The 22nd Houston Texans vs. Dallas Cowboys game a.k.a. the Battle of Texas is on the program on Monday night (November 18) at AT&T Stadium. Let’s see who’s going to win the Texas Governor’s Cup

The Houston Texans’ odds make them huge favorites against their state rivals, the Dallas Cowboys. This may seem surprising given that the game is played on the Cowboys’ turf.
However, they are without their starting quarterback, Dak Prescott, and they have lost each of their last four games. On the bright side for Dallas fans, the Houston Texans aren’t too great either. They have lost three of their last four games.

When, Where, and How to Watch?

Houston Texans Going for Their 7th Win of 2024
The Houston Texans are 6-4 overall, but they lost three of their last four games. Their recent form isn’t great, but none of those losses were too heavy. In their most recent game, for example, they lost to the Detroit Lions by just a field goal.
The Texans did okay defensively, keeping the Lions to 26 points. This is not too bad given that the Lions have been incredible offensively this season. For example, they scored 47 points against the Dallas Cowboys.
The Texans also did relatively fine offensively, scoring 23 points, with running back Joe Mixon being their best player on the field. Quarterback C.J. Stroud threw for one touchdown but got two of his passes intercepted. Will he do better this time around?
Is It Game Over Already for the Dallas Cowboys?
The Dallas Cowboys are 3-6 in the 2024 season. As if that wasn’t bad already, their starting quarterback Dak Prescott is out for the foreseeable future. He’s their crucial player, so missing him is bound to be a huge problem for these guys.
He missed their last game – against the Philadelphia Eagles – and the Cowboys’ offense scored just six points. Prescott’s replacement Cooper Rush threw for only 45 yards in that game. He’ll probably do better in the Week 11 MNF game, but we doubt he can produce a betting upset.
The Cowboys might decide to focus on their running game more. That wouldn’t be a bad idea given that they’ve got a couple of pretty good runners on the roster, particularly Ezekiel Elliott who’s back after a disciplinary absence.
Houston Texans vs. Dallas Cowboys Prediction
Our prediction is that the Houston Texans will win the Monday Night Football game, but we don’t think they will blow out their rivals. Instead, we think that the Dallas Cowboys will do fine defensively, while Zeke Elliott and other runners are bound to score at least one rushing TD. As a result, the Cowboys won’t lose by more than seven points.
Pick: Dallas Cowboys +7.5
