Legends Bay and Casino Fandango Go Live with Unified Gaming Platform

The Legends Bay Casino and Casino Fandango in Northern Nevada have deployed the Unified Gaming Platform – Nimble Edition, which will assist them in achieving initial marketing and player development benchmarks, and offer sustained day-to-day management of all operations. The system underpins casino operations and offers a single view of the available data generated on-site, making management much simpler.
Boosting Market, Eliminating Data Entry
Casino Fandango brings more than 700 slots and 10 games along with a dedicated sportsbook. The property also features additional entertaining options. Legends Bay Casino also comes with numerous slots and table games and the first Circa Sports Sportsbook in the state. There are also dining options and other amenities present on-site.
Olympia Gaming regional VP at Information technology Traci Ferrante welcomed the opportunity to integrate the QCI product, and spoke of the benefits that the solution bestows on managing the property:
Being able to link player data with slot data in a meaningful way and knowing who is on the floor right now is invaluable.
Olympia Gaming regional VP at Information technology Traci Ferrante
Ferrante added that thanks to the QCI Marketing tool, the property has been able to significantly reduce what is otherwise a time-consuming process and eliminated the potential for data-entry mistakes. Both properties will benefit from the data-driven and analytics decisions of properties.
Much Appreciated Launch Reflective of Global Success
QCI CEO Dr Ralph Thomas was also happy with the integration and said that the properties stood to benefit from the Unified Gaming Platform, which is focused on solely developing products that benefit customer needs.
The Nimble Edition was developed specifically for casinos with under 1,000 slots, allowing their hosts, marketing executives and casino operations teams to function in a modern, data-enriched environment.

Meanwhile, QCI has already been deployed to more than 75 casinos across North America. Worldwide, the system is available at 4,000 sites and it is one of the most successful management systems, enjoying global recognition and the continued trust of consumers.
