Leon Edwards vs. Sean Brady UFC London Odds, Time, and Prediction
Leon Edwards vs. Sean Brady is the fight that will headline UFC Fight Night 255 at The O2 Arena in London, England, on Saturday, March 22. UFC London odds favor Brady, but let’s see if Edwards can stage an upset

UFC Fight Night: Edwards vs. Brady isn’t your regular Fight Night event – its headliner makes it a must-watch for MMA fans. Our Leon Edwards vs. Sean Brady prediction is that this fight is going to be a real banger.
It’s because both fighters are real warriors famous for spectacular moves inside the Octagon – Edwards has a killer striking instinct, while Brady is a hell of a grappler.
So, it’s fair to say that we were lucky that the UFC decided to reshuffle the matchups. Originally, Leon Edwards was supposed to fight Jack Della Maddalena, but the Aussie got to fight Belal Muhammad for the title. Sean Brady stepped in as Edwards’s new opponent in the UFC London main event.

Leon Edwards’s Resurrection Starts at UFC London
It’s kind of surprising that Leon Edwards is the underdog in this fight, with his UFC London odds being +125. After all, Rocky is a former UFC Welterweight champ who had the championship belt in his possession until last year when he lost it to Belal Muhammad.
He lost that fight by unanimous decision after five rounds of intense fighting. He did okay striking-wise, but Muhammad completely out-wrestled him, landing nine takedowns. It’s the most TDs Edwards has ever suffered in his career.

This doesn’t mean that his TD defense is horrendous. The fact is that he’s fought – and defeated – some elite wrestlers/grapplers so far, including Colby Covington, Kamaru Usman, and Gunnar Nelson.
On March 22, he’s fighting against another amazing grappler, but if he beats him, he’ll prove to everyone that he deserves another shot at the title.
Sean Brady’s UFC London Odds Suggest He’ll Win
Sean Brady is 17-1 overall with his only loss happening to Belal Muhammad by a TKO. This guy’s strongest weapon is grappling, which is no surprise as he’s a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Daniel Gracie.
He lands 3.5 takedowns per 15 minutes on average and has made a total of 12 TDs in his last two fights. His favorite method of winning is submission, but he also lands a lot of significant strikes in every fight, making him a sort of Swiss Army knife of a fighter.

He’s a fantastic athlete, but he just hasn’t fought against such an elite opponent as Edwards. Sure, Brady’s portfolio looks impressive, but the thing is that he’s won only against guys who are past their prime.
For example, in his most recent fight, he defeated Gilbert Burns who was coming off two straight losses.
Leon Edwards vs. Sean Brady Prediction
Last year, Muhammad revealed the blueprint for beating Edwards – landing as many TDs as possible. Brady knows this, which is why he’ll probably go heavy on wrestling on March 22. However, Edwards is aware of this too, so expect him to up his TD defense.
We think he’s going to do just fine, similar to his fight with Covington. Our prediction is that the fight will last until the final bell, after which the judges will score in the Englishman’s favor.
Pick: Leon Edwards
