Los Angeles Rams Eying the Divisional Title
The Los Angeles Rams are 8-6 in the 2024 NFL. Not too impressive, but their recent form is really good, with three wins in a row. Last weekend, they beat last season’s conference champions, the San Francisco 49ers, 12:6 on the road.
Not only was this a great achievement given San Fran’s firepower, but the win has also lifted the Rams to the top of the NFC West Division. They have the same record as the Seattle Seahawks, but they’ve defeated them once this year, hence why they’re above them.
But the two will meet again in the final game week of the 2024 NFL regular season. The Rams might not need to wait that long to book the divisional title. The thing is that the Seahawks have a much tougher schedule than them.
For example, the Seahawks play against the Vikings on Sunday, while the Rams are locking horns with the Jets.
Can the Jets Do Anything on Sunday?
It’s been a disappointing year for the New York Jets, who had much higher expectations than being 4-10 at this stage of the season. With legendary Aaron Rodgers as their quarterback, they had big dreams at the start of the 2024 campaign.
Unfortunately for them, Rodgers didn’t do much, at least not in the first couple of months of the season. The owners blamed the coaching staff for this, but Rodgers isn’t innocent either. He just hasn’t been playing at the same level as he was while wearing the Packers jersey.
Could it be his because of his birth certificate? He’s already 41, not to mention that he missed most of last season’s action due to a serious injury. Rodgers isn’t in his prime, that’s for sure, but he did put on a good performance in the Jets’ last game.
Against the Jaguars in Jacksonville, he threw for three touchdowns. It was only the second time since moving to East Rutherford that his passes resulted in more than two TDs.

The New York Jets have started playing better football, but it’s too late for them. Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Rams have huge motivation to keep on playing great. They need to beat the Jets in order to get a step closer to the NFC West title. It won’t be easy, but we think they’ll pull it off.
