To the surprise of the regular lottery player, the $20 ticket turned into a mind-blowing $2 million win, as she scored the first out of three top prizes from the instant game.
The incredibly fortunate player purchased her winning ticket at Perry’s Palace at 411 North Perry Street in Pontiac. Considering that the 47-year-old woman decided to remain anonymous, it is likely that her identity will forever remain a mystery.
Suzanna Shkreli, the Lottery’s commissioner, spoke about the dream of every lottery player, which is winning big. The executive acknowledged that luck was on the side of the Oakland County resident who scored the top prize from the popular Ace of Spades instant game. “Congratulations to the lucky player on her big win,” Shkreli said in conclusion.

Speaking to Lottery officials, the 47-year-old winner revealed that she regularly buys lottery tickets and always hopes to win big. “When I scratched off my Ace of Spades ticket and saw I won $2 million, I was thrilled and couldn’t believe it was real! I called my mom right away to tell her the big news,” the lucky winner recalled.
