Octoplay, a prominent supplier of innovative and out-of-the-box online casino games, has expanded its reach in the Italian iGaming market, with the company pursuing growth with StarCasinò, the studio’s third major partnership in the country over the past months.

Octoplay Scores Another Major Content Deal in Italy

Previously, Octoplay secured market growth through content tie-ups with PokerStars and Sisal, with the company now moving to deepen its ties with Betsson Group, which owns the StarCasinò brand

The supplier has also sought to strengthen its entire European footprint, having launched with bet365 and BetVictor in the United Kingdom and pursued growth with Luckia in Spain

Octoplay CEO Ralitsa Georgieva was similarly pleased with these developments. She recently took the hot seat at Octoplay, stepping in as the company’s chief executive.

“StarCasinò is the third tier-one operator we have gone live with in Italy in the past months, and it reflects the pace at which we are building our presence in one of Europe’s most dynamic markets,” Georgieva commented on the latest partnership.

Betsson Group Business Director Italy Fabio Denegri also welcomed the partnership and noted that it was a great way to inject “pure energy into our offering.”

“We are confident that Octoplay’s content will resonate with Italian players, further strengthening our position as a benchmark for innovation in the regulated market,”  Denegri noted.

Last May, the company also expanded in Denmark through a partnership with Danske Spil, and it has been building up its regional footprint consistently ever since.

Octoplay brings a huge variety of titles to the market, among which are Alice in Cashland, Most Wanted Hold & Win, 3 Scarabs of Fortune, Gone Bassin, and many others.
